DescriptionAfter discovering Phil to belong to the rebels, you can try talking to Bufford to turn him in. Since he's not particularly interested, he'll send you on to Uruk, the first orc in town. To be allowed to stand before him, you'll have to build up your reputation in town first. Uruk will then order you to take Phil out. So, kill him and collect your reward from Uruk.
Rewards:Experience + 2500
Reputation with Orcs +2
Experience from Uruk +500
