Tell the leader of Nemora about the rebels' situation at the temple of Trelis.

Quest typeReport
Quest giverCharles
DescriptionCharles is the leader of a small rebel camp west of the Trelis temple. He wants us to deliver a message to the leader of Nemora. Don't tell him that you don't know who it is, as he will attack otherwhise. It's not particularly easy to find out who the boss is in Nemora. You'll have to build up a reputation of 75% there, first. Afterwards, Russel will tell you that he's actually the boss. Now you can tell him about the situation in Charles' camp. He's unable to send any reinforcements there, though.
