Description
To play modifications for Gothic the installation of the playerkit is neccessary. Your Gothic version has to be 1.08h or higher. If not, download the patch 1.08h in the download area. If you get display errors or you have a Radeon 7500/8500 or a Geforce 3 you will need the Patch 1.08k. Use the Gothicstarter "[gothic.dir]\System\GothicStarter.exe" to start mods. If you want to you can make a shortcut to the program and move it to the startmenu of Windows. If you like to remove the playerkit just execute "[gothic-dir]\Uninstall-Playerkit.exe". Only for modders: If you need the settings which are neccessary to create Gothic modifications you have to start the playerkit by opening "[gothic.dir]\System\GothicStarter_mod.exe".
